In our body we reproduce tensions that are the product of emotions that we cannot understand. Lack of concentration, anxiety, depression, difficulties in communicating with others (relatives, co-workers, partner) are some of the discomforts we experience.
The body movement together with breathing and the music opens a space to embrace and unite what causes us rejection, discomfort, body tension.

Dancing Mindfulness is a practice that integrates various schools of psychology such as Gestalt and Psychodrama, the practice of Yoga and meditation
The benefits of this therapeutic practice are many because it works on the what the consciousness doesn’t know and what the word cannot reach. It allows us to elaborate what is mute in the body, a pain, a behavior, an idea that is repeated, and to insist on our experience and our relationships it prevents us from reaching a better place for ourselves.
